Privacy Policy

Your photos never leave your device. All image processing happens locally in your browser using AI models that run on your machine. We have zero access to the images you edit.

a) Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Name (if provided via Google OAuth)
• Profile picture (Google OAuth)

b) Payment Information

For Pro subscriptions, payment data is handled by Razorpay. We store only:

• Payment ID (reference)
• Subscription plan type
• Subscription expiry date

We do NOT store credit card numbers, CVV, or other sensitive payment details.

c) Usage Data

• Browser type and version (for compatibility)
• IP address (server logs)
• Pages visited and features used (analytics)

d) What We DON'T Collect

• Your photos — never uploaded to our servers
• Image metadata (EXIF) — stripped locally if you use the privacy scan
• Keystroke or mouse tracking

• Authentication: To provide account access via Supabase
• Subscriptions: To manage Pro plan access and billing
• Analytics: To understand feature usage and improve the Service
• Support: To respond to your inquiries
• Legal: To comply with legal obligations

Unveil uses client-side AI processing:

• AI model (MODNet) downloads to your browser once
• Images are processed entirely on your device (CPU/GPU)
• No image data is sent to our servers or third parties
• Processed images exist only in your browser's memory

This architecture ensures zero data leakage — your photos remain completely private.

We use the following trusted services:

• Supabase: Authentication and user management
• Google OAuth: Optional sign-in method
• Razorpay: Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Vercel: Hosting and CDN

Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for functionality.

• Account data is stored on Supabase (encrypted at rest)
• All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Passwords are hashed (we never see them in plaintext)
• Payment data is tokenized by Razorpay

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request account and data removal
• Portability: Export your data
• Withdraw consent: Cancel your subscription anytime

We use cookies and browser storage for:

• Session management (authentication tokens)
• Preference storage (e.g., last used settings)
• Analytics (optional)

You can clear these anytime via browser settings.

Unveil is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.

• Active accounts: Data retained while account is active
• Deleted accounts: Anonymized within 30 days
• Payment records: Retained 7 years (tax/legal compliance)

Unveil is operated from India. By using the Service, you consent to data transfer and processing in India under Indian privacy laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
