Terms of Service

By accessing and using Unveil ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Unveil provides AI-powered background removal and editing tools for images. The Service processes images entirely in your browser — your photos never leave your device and are not stored on our servers.

All image processing happens locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to your photos. For authentication and payment processing, we collect only essential information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• You may need to create an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Upload or process images containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share Pro features with non-subscribers

You retain all rights to images you process through Unveil. The Service's code, design, branding, and AI models remain our intellectual property.

Free tier downloads include a watermark. Pro subscribers receive watermark-free exports. Removing watermarks through technical means on free tier downloads violates these Terms.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

Unveil is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or image quality issues.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra.
